There were days when I couldnt open my eyes without the nicotine and couldnt sleep without it. My favorite hobby had been smoking for a very long time. Whenever I was doing nothing, I was smoking. A cigarette after lunch, after tea, after soft drink, after a walk, even after a cigarette sometimes, while facing a problem, after overcoming the problem, during solving the problem, whenever happy, whenever excited, whenever nervous, whenever alone and whenever with friends. In short my life was surrounded by nicotine and getting rid of this addiction was a very daunting thought.
